The paper investigated the influence factors of college students’ autonomous learning ability of Longdong university;The incen-tive mechanism in the process of cultivating university students’ autonomous learning ability was pointed out.And the process of incentive, emotional investigation,and harmonious learning environment incentive method were put forward,in order to improve college students’ autonomous learning ability.
