目的观察椎旁神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效。方法带状疱疹神经痛患者60例随机分为两组，各30例。观察组在常规抗病毒治疗的同时在CT导向下行椎旁神经阻滞术；对照组常规抗病毒治疗而不进行椎旁神经阻滞术。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及后遗神经痛(PHN)的发生率。结果治疗后1 d、1周、2周及1个月时两组VAS评分均较治疗前显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组各时间段均明显低于对照组，差异均有显著统计学意义(P＜0.05)；与对照组比较，观察组PHN发生率明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论椎旁神经阻滞术治疗带状疱疹神经痛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적관찰추방신경조체치료대상포진신경통적림상료효。방법대상포진신경통환자60례수궤분위량조，각30례。관찰조재상규항병독치료적동시재CT도향하행추방신경조체술；대조조상규항병독치료이불진행추방신경조체술。비교량조치료전후동통시각모의평분(VAS)급후유신경통(PHN)적발생솔。결과치료후1 d、1주、2주급1개월시량조VAS평분균교치료전현저하강，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조각시간단균명현저우대조조，차이균유현저통계학의의(P＜0.05)；여대조조비교，관찰조PHN발생솔명현강저，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05)。결론추방신경조체술치료대상포진신경통료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of paravertebral nerve block in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods 60 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each 30 cases,the observation group in the conventional therapy at the same time,under the guidance of CT paravertebral nerve block;control without paravertebral nerve block group of conventional antiviral therapy. Compared two groups before and after treatment,the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) incidence. Results After the treatment,1 days,1 weeks,2 weeks and 1 months of two groups of VAS score signiifcantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);observation group each time period were signiifcantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group the incidence of PHN decreased signiifcantly,the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Paravertebral nerve block in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia curative effect,can be popularized.
