目的观察曲安奈德联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法将86例糜烂性口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分两组，每组各43例，两组均在病损基底注射曲安奈德1 mL（40 mg）+等量2%利多卡因注射剂，分点注射混合液，每周1次，4周为一疗程。观察组联合应用金栀洁龈含漱液含嗽，于治疗后4周比较两组的疗效。结果观察组显效10例，有效24例，总有效率79.07%，对照组显效6例，有效13例，总有效率44.19%；观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组，两组比较差异具有显著性，有统计学意义，P<0.05。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发现明显的不良反应。结论曲安奈德联合金栀洁龈含漱液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效显著，且不良反应少。
목적관찰곡안내덕연합금치길간함수액치료구강편평태선적료효。방법장86례미란성구강편평태선환자수궤분량조，매조각43례，량조균재병손기저주사곡안내덕1 mL（40 mg）+등량2%리다잡인주사제，분점주사혼합액，매주1차，4주위일료정。관찰조연합응용금치길간함수액함수，우치료후4주비교량조적료효。결과관찰조현효10례，유효24례，총유효솔79.07%，대조조현효6례，유효13례，총유효솔44.19%；관찰조치료효과명현호우대조조，량조비교차이구유현저성，유통계학의의，P<0.05。량조환자재치료과정중균미발현명현적불량반응。결론곡안내덕연합금치길간함수액치료미란형구강편평태선료효현저，차불량반응소。
Objective To observe the efifcacy of triamcinolone acetonide combined jinzhijieyin gargle in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods 86 cases of erosive oral lichen planus patients were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group, two groups in the basal injection lesion of Cu Ann Ned 1ml (40mg)+equal 2%lidocaine injection, the injection of mixed liquid, 1 times a week, for 4 weeks. The observation group combined application of jinzhijieyin gargle with cough, curative effect in 4 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results 24 cases of observation group of 10 cases were markedly effective, effective, total effective rate 79.07%, control group 6 cases had marked effect, effectively and 13 cases, total effective rate was 44.19%;the observation group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05.Two groups were not found obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion The effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined jinzhijieyin gargle in treatment of erosive oral lichen planus is signiifcant. It has less adverse reaction.
