目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者组织中EGFR、YB-1的表达特点及影响其表达的相关病理学因素。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测100例子宫内膜异位症患者组织中EGFR、YB-1的表达,并结合其临床病理特点进行分析。结果 EGFR、YB-1在子宫内膜异位症患者的异位子宫内膜和在位子宫内膜中的表达与在正常子宫内膜中表达的比较有统计学意义。尤其是在子宫内膜异位症患者的异位子宫内膜中的表达更高,且可能存在协同的作用。结论 EGFR、YB-1的高表达对子宫内膜异位的发生和发展有重要的作用且能够对子宫内膜异位症患者进行预后评估。研究表明,EGFR和YB-1可以作为一个潜在的早期诊断和治疗子宫内膜异位症的靶点。

Objective To detect the characteristics of epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR),The Y-box-bing Protein (YB-1) expression in endometriosis tissues, and to analyze their related factors. Methods 100 patients with endometriosis were randomly selected, to detect EGFR,YB-1 protein expression. And their corresponding clinical data were analysed retrospectively. Results YB-1 gene and EGFR gene expression was statistically significantly higher in ovarian lesions, eutopic endometrium of patients with Eo in comparison with eutopic endometrial tissues.Interestingly, the strongest YB-1 and EGFR expression was observed in the ovarian endometrioma derived from women with Eo. YB-1 and EGFR interact in a synergistic manner in the oncogenesis and development of endometriosis.Conclusion High YB-1 and EGFR expression could have an impact on the development and progression of Eo. YB-1 and EGFR may help in the prognostic evaluation of endometriosis. This study suggests the role of YB-1 and EGFR as a potential early diagnosis and therapeutic target for Eo patients.
