随着社会的进步和经济的发展，社会对人才的要求越来越高。然而，课堂作为高校教育的主场地，存在诸多问题，学生上课不专心，到勤率不高，老师讲课缺乏吸引力，与学生互动不够，教学效果欠佳等等。本文通过罗杰斯的创造观来分析探讨高校核类专业课堂存在的种种问题，课程改革的重要性，以及采取何种措施保证教学的有效开展，怎样提高学生的学习兴趣，如何在课堂上培养符合社会需要的综合型人才。

With the progress of social and economic development, social demand for talents is more and more high. However, class is the core of university education, which has many problems such as halfheartedness and absence of the students in class, vapidity for teaching and interaction between the students and teachers, poor teaching effect, and so on. Based on Rogers's creation view we analyze problems of nuclear course class in colleges, study the importance of the curriculum reform, and effective measures for teaching, how to improve the students' interest in learning, how to training comprehensive talent who can meet the social needs in the classroom.
