稀土的摄入量直接影响着肌体的免疫力，因此研究稀土离子与蛋白质之间的相互作用是一个重要的研究方向。本文采用电化学方法、紫外-可见吸收光谱法以及荧光光谱法研究了在人体生理环境下Eu3＋与胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶、血红蛋白之间的相互作用。实验结果表明：Eu3＋的可逆氧化还原峰电流随着三种蛋白质的加入量增加而降低，Eu3＋与三种蛋白质相结合并形成了复合物。紫外可见吸收光谱的结果显示Eu3＋稀土离子的引入改变了三种蛋白质的构象。荧光光谱表明，当使用278 nm和295 nm波长的光激发均出现了Trp残基的荧光发射峰，三种蛋白质的荧光强度随着Eu3＋稀土离子浓度的增加而降低，说明Eu3＋稀土离子使Trp残基的荧光部分发生猝灭。

The intake of rare earth directly affects the body's immunity ,so the interaction between rare earth ions and proteins is an important research direction .Interation between Eu 3+rare earth ion and three proteins was studied electrochemical methods , UV -Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra in physiological environment .The experimental results shown that the reversible redox peak current of Eu 3+ rare earth ion reduced with increasing three proteins content .Eu3+was combined with three proteins and obtained composite . UV -Vis absorption spectra shown that the addition of Eu 3+ changed the conformation proteins .The fluorescence spectra shown that fluorescence emission peak of Trp residue was found , when using 278 nm and 295 nm wavelength .The fluorescent intensity of three proteins decreased with increasing Eu 3+concentration ,this was explained that presence of Eu 3+led to part quenching of three proteins fluorescence .
