本文利用聚苯胺薄膜的电致变色特性构造的电极应用于F-离子的检测,在ITO电极上电化学合成了聚苯胺薄膜构建了PANI/ITO电极。使用循环伏安法(CV)法、紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)分别考察了PANI膜掺杂离子改变前后的电化学性质和电致变色性质的变化,通过电化学阻抗考察了PANI膜电学性质的变化。结果表明,由于离子半径较小的F-离子能够取代PANI膜骨架上的SO2-4离子,随着掺杂的F-离子浓度增大,从CV、UV-vis曲线中看到的电化学性质和电致变色特性发生明显改变,阻抗曲线的变化可知F-离子成功进入PANI膜内并改变了PANI膜的电学性质。 UV-vis测试中掺杂态聚苯胺膜的Abs值与F-浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限可达到0.052mmol/L,即可检测的F-离子含量为0.988mg/L[国标GB 5749-2006,1.0mg/L]。本文成功的利用导电聚合物电致变色性质构造电极进行阴离子的检测,该电极工艺简单,制作成本低廉,可广泛的应用阴离子的检测。

In this work ,we take advantage of the electrochromism character of PANI film to fabricate an electrode to detect F -ion.we electrochemical polymerize the PANI film on the ITO electrode .The cyclic voltammetry and UV -spectrum are used to study the changes of electrochemistry character and the electrochromic character before and after the doping anion changes of PANI film; the electrology chacater change of PANI film is study by Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS ) .Result shows that small size fluorinion can replace SO 2-4 ion which in PANI film , from the CV curves and Uv -vis curves, the electrochemistry and electrochromism properties of PANI film are change obviously with the concentration of doping fluorinion increasing , the changes of EIS curves show that F -succeed to enter into PANI film and change the electrology character .There is a good linear relation between the Abs of the doped PANI and the concentration of doping fluorinion ,the limit of detection can achieve 0.052mmol/L, determinable fluorinion-containing is 0.988mg/L[national standard GB 5749-2006,1.0mg/L].This paper successfully make use of electrochromic character of PANI film to detect fluorinion ,this electrode has the advantages of process simple and low cost ,so it can be widely used in anion detection .
