针对传统测井传输方案的不足,设计了一种高温测井信息光纤传输方案。采用 TI公司 MSP 系列低功耗单片机作为井下测控芯片,高温光模块为信号收发器,耐高温光纤为传输介质。上位机不仅能向下发送命令来控制井下钻机和传感器,也可将该链路回传的测井信息(比如温度、压力、电阻值等)显示出来。实验结果表明,该方案不仅能够长时间在高温工作环境下(110℃)实现测井信息的远距离宽带传输(可达2 Mbit/s),而且能够提供灵活的扩展方式,使占用空间更少、重量更轻。

In view of the deficiency of the conventional logging transmission systems,a fiber-optic transmission scheme for high-temperature logging information is designed.In the design,a low-power MCU of TI MSP series is employed as the pro-cessing chip of the down-hole monitoring system,high-temperature optical modules as the signal receiver and high temperature resistant optical fiber as the transmission media.The host computer can not only send commands to control down-hole drillers and sensors,but also display the logging information,e.g.temperature,pressure,resistance,etc.Experimental results show that this scheme can implement prolonged long-range broadband (up to 2 Mbit/s)transmission of logging information in high-temperature environment (110℃)and offer flexible way of expansion for the system so that it occupies still less room and be-comes lighter.
