符号同步偏差严重影响了 OFDM(正交频分复用)系统的性能。针对 S&C 方法存在的测度平顶和 Minn方法出现的副峰,提出了一种新的符号同步方法。该方法在 Minn方法的基础上,通过设计新的定时测度计算方法,在消除定时测度平顶的同时,还避免了定时测度曲线副峰的出现。仿真结果表明,该方法的定时测度曲线为单一峰值,在低信噪比及多径衰落环境下具有更低的均方误差。

Symbol synchronization offset seriously affects the performances of OFDM systems.In view of the existence of met-ric plateau when the S&C method is used and of redundant peaks when the Minn method is used,a new symbol synchronization method is proposed in this paper.This new timing metric calculation method is designed on the basis of the Minn method, which eliminates the timing metric plateau and avoids that of redundant peaks in the timing metric curve.Simulation results show that when this method is used,the timing metric curve has only one peak and has even smaller Mean Square Error (MSE)in low SNR and multi-path fading environment.
