以冶金流程工程学为理论基础,建立通用的流程网络模型,并应用图模库一体化技术解决复杂优化模型的人机交互问题。以钢铁企业高炉煤气系统为研究对象,建立煤气系统的流程网络模型和综合优化分析模型,采用分级递阶的方法将该模型分解为煤气预测分析、煤气管网仿真和煤气优化分配3部分,从而实现对煤气预测结果的安全校核和煤气管网压力分布的计算,为运行人员对煤气介质供需调配提供切实有效的参考信息。

According to the theoretical basis of the metallurgical process, a common flow network model is built, which adopts the technology of graphic model and library integration and is easy to practical applications. In the blast furnace gas system in iron and steel enterprises, the first step is to establish the gas system flow network model and optimization analysis model, and the second step using the Hierarchical decomposition method is to be broken down into three parts:gas forecasting analysis, gas pipeline network calculation, and gas optimization and dispatching. This achieves the security check for the gas forecasting results, and the calculation of the pressure distribution, and provides effective reference information about the gas medium supply and demand for the operators.
