在铁路客专隧道设计中,对大断面软弱围岩隧道施工大都采用较为安全可靠的分部开挖方法,所提南广客运专线笔架山隧道属于高风险软弱围岩隧道,施工中根据大断面软弱围岩的特性无需采用临时仰拱,灵活应用三台阶采取斜角方式实现同步开挖,提高施工进度和工程建设质量,确保工程安全,为今后软弱围岩施工提供一种新颖的开挖方法,具有较高的借鉴价值。

In the design of railway tunnel of passenger lines, the partial excavation method is normally adopted for the large section soft surrounding rock tunnel construction for this is relatively safe and reliable. The tunnel described in this paper, the BiJia Mountain Tunnel, is a high-risk tunnel of soft rock. According to the characteristics of large section tunnels in soft surrounding rock, it is unnecessary to use the temporary invert during the construction. The technology of “three-step bench cut beveled synchronized excavation” is successfully implemented in the construction, which can effectively improve the construction progress and quality with perfect safety. It is proved to be a novel excavation method for the soft rock tunnel construction and it is of a high reference value for similar projects.
