结合企业的实际情况,建立了逆向物流运作模式指标评价指标体系。考虑到低层元素对高层元素存在反馈作用,提出基于网络层次分析法(ANP)的逆向物流运作模式决策方法。最后,通过一个算例,验证了模型的有效性及优越性。

This paper introduces an indicator evaluation index system for operation models of re-verse logistics from the enterprises′situation .Considering the feedback between the lower ele-ments and the topper elements ,a decision-making method based on analytic network process for operation models of reverse logistics is built .In the end ,a numerical example is designed and an-alysed ,and the result tests the validity and feasibility of this model .
