对药用植物墨旱莲Eclipta prostrata提取物的抑菌活性物质进行研究。结果表明:(1)通过不同部位提取物的抑菌试验,发现只有叶和根茎含有抑菌活性物质;(2)墨旱莲提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、藤黄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.6、2.0、0.8、1.0 g/mL,最小杀菌浓度均为1.0 g/mL,对白色念珠菌有很强的抑菌作用,但对黑曲霉无效;(3)通过不同极性溶剂的抑菌试验表明,抑细菌活性物质易溶于石油醚、乙醚等非极性溶剂,具有最佳抑细菌效果的提取溶剂为偏碱性的65%乙醇溶液;(4)墨旱莲的抑菌活性物质可能为黄酮类物质。
對藥用植物墨旱蓮Eclipta prostrata提取物的抑菌活性物質進行研究。結果錶明:(1)通過不同部位提取物的抑菌試驗,髮現隻有葉和根莖含有抑菌活性物質;(2)墨旱蓮提取物對金黃色葡萄毬菌、大腸桿菌、枯草桿菌、籐黃毬菌的最低抑菌濃度分彆為0.6、2.0、0.8、1.0 g/mL,最小殺菌濃度均為1.0 g/mL,對白色唸珠菌有很彊的抑菌作用,但對黑麯黴無效;(3)通過不同極性溶劑的抑菌試驗錶明,抑細菌活性物質易溶于石油醚、乙醚等非極性溶劑,具有最佳抑細菌效果的提取溶劑為偏堿性的65%乙醇溶液;(4)墨旱蓮的抑菌活性物質可能為黃酮類物質。
대약용식물묵한련Eclipta prostrata제취물적억균활성물질진행연구。결과표명:(1)통과불동부위제취물적억균시험,발현지유협화근경함유억균활성물질;(2)묵한련제취물대금황색포도구균、대장간균、고초간균、등황구균적최저억균농도분별위0.6、2.0、0.8、1.0 g/mL,최소살균농도균위1.0 g/mL,대백색념주균유흔강적억균작용,단대흑곡매무효;(3)통과불동겁성용제적억균시험표명,억세균활성물질역용우석유미、을미등비겁성용제,구유최가억세균효과적제취용제위편감성적65%을순용액;(4)묵한련적억균활성물질가능위황동류물질。
Through the bacteriostatic test of extract from Eclipta prostrata, one of medical plants in the west of Hunan, the results are as follows. (1) The antibacterial substance only exists in the petiole and rhizome. (2) The minimal inhibitory concentration of the extract on Staphylococcus aureus, Escheichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Micrococcus luteus are 0.6, 2.0, 0.8, 1.0 g/mL respectively; the minimal bactericidal concentration all are 1.0 g/mL;but it is ineffective on Aspergillus niger. (3) In order to get the extract that has the optimum antibacterial effect, the solvent should be alkaline 65%ethyl alcohol. The bacteriostatic test by different polar solvent shows that the antibacterial substance easily dissolved in non-polar solvent such as petroleum ether, ethyl ether. (4) The extract may be flavone substance.
