This paper deals with regional geochemical characteristics of the Dashuigou Te deposit in Shimian, Sichuan which are:geochemical background rich in iron-group elements, as well as Cu、Zn、Hg、Mo、Sb、F、Pb、Au and Ag with depletion in SiO2 and K2O and the Te deposit lying in the intensive turning of the steep zones in Pb-isotope (V2) isograms and in Te-depleted geochemical background with local Te enrichment (up to 7-8 orders of magnitude). They suggest that the ore-forming metals might be derived from the depth. The ore-formation should be associated with the Xiaojinhe-Jinghe deep fracture zone.
