中国是个农业大国，地域辽阔，南北差异较大，区域性灾害对农业生产的影响较大，渠道作为农村小型水利工程的代表在农村经济社会发挥着重要的基础性作用。本文根据笔者所处区域的渠道施工过程中出现的问题，从技术、施工、安全等方面就渠道土方开挖过程中的具体技术措施步骤进行简单的介绍，以期对类似工程提供借鉴。

China is a large agricultural country with vast territory and great differences of North-South ,therefore the effect of regional disasters on agricultural production is obvious .Channel ,as a representative of rural small hydraulic engineering ,plays an important role in rural economy .This paper analyzed the problems in the channel construction process ,and briefly presented some technical measures about aspects of technology ,construction and safety in order to provide a reference for similar projects .
