The analog and digital values of programmable logical controller (PLC)were controlled by using the method of Lab-VIEW based on the Modbus protocol,and the method was applied in the opening pressure test of overflow valve. The experimental re-sults show that the method has simple,stable,economy and practicability,and has been successfully applied to practical hydraulic sys-tem.
