针对目前移动电源控制技术发展的现状,提出了一种集自动控制、试验测试和故障检测三位一体的移动电源系统智能监控设备,该设备通过工控机+数据采集卡+变送器+数字量输入输出模块实现。三相电压电流信号、油温和油压等经变送器,转换为数据采集卡能接收的电压信号,经数据采集卡转换为数字量,由工控机对信号进行分析处理,完成三相电压、三相电流、柴油机转速、缸体温度、机油温度、机油压力等的显示;同时完成电压总谐波含量、电压和频率的波动率、电压和频率的稳态调整率的分析。可以实现机组的启动、怠速/额速切换、停机、供电、断电等控制,当机组电压异常、频率异常、超速、油压低、油温高、缸温高、皮带断等情况出现时,由工控机通过数据采集卡及输出模块输出报警信号。该平台稳定性好、系统集成度高,易于维护、维修。

According to the current development status of mobile power control technology , a set of mobile power system intelligent monitoring device with automatic control , pilot testing and fault detection functions is de-signed.The device is composed of IPC , data acquisition card , transmitter, digital input and output modules . Three-phase voltage , three-phase current , oil temperature and oil pressure signals are converted by the transmitter to voltage signals which can be received and converted to digital signals by the data acquisition card .Then the dig-ital signals are analyzed by the IPC to complete the parameters display of three-phase voltage, three-phase current, diesel engine speed , cylinder temperature , oil temperature , oil pressure etc .Meanwhile the IPC can analysis the steady-state voltage total harmonic content , voltage and frequency fluctuation rate , voltage and frequency adjust-ment rate .The device can completed the functions of unit's start、idling /rated speed switching、shutdown、power on and off control .When the unit appears states of abnormal voltage , abnormal frequency , over speed , low oil pres-sure, high oil temperature , high cylinder temperature or belt off situation , the IPC sends out an alarm signal through data acquisition card and output modules .The device has advantages of good stability , high system integra-tion and easy maintenance .
