以双回转电主轴为基础，设计新型五轴联动木工数控雕刻机，以方型空心型钢组合焊接形式建立数控雕刻机整体机架结构，采用齿轮齿条及滚珠丝杠副配合双边线性滚动导轨构建雕刻机进给系统，并对传动机构进行校核。设计的五轴木工数控雕刻机能够高速、高精度完成复杂的木工雕刻任务。

A new woodworking engraving NC machine with five-axis was designed based on multiple axes rotary spindle. NC engraving machine was overall combined of welded steel with hollow rectangular section. Ball screw assembly or transmission of gear and the bilateral linear rolling guide were used to build transmission system,and then the transmission mechanism was checked. The designed woodworking engraving NC machine can be used to complete complex wood engraving tasks with high-speed and high-preci-sion.
