盐城港位于江苏省海岸线中部，是苏北重要的新兴港口。由于地处“湿地”中心，在开发港口的同时保护湿地资源是港口发展的长久之计。针对港口的实际情况，运用富余水深的公式和算法，找出适于盐城港大型船舶航行富余水深的计算方法；合理利用其水深资源，并为进出盐城港大型船舶提供安全建议。
염성항위우강소성해안선중부，시소북중요적신흥항구。유우지처“습지”중심，재개발항구적동시보호습지자원시항구발전적장구지계。침대항구적실제정황，운용부여수심적공식화산법，조출괄우염성항대형선박항행부여수심적계산방법；합리이용기수심자원，병위진출염성항대형선박제공안전건의。
YANCHENG Harbor is an important emerging port ,located in the central coast of Jiangsu Province .Due to its location in the wetland centre ,it is important to protect the wetland resources while exploiting and developing the harbor .According to the reality of the harbor ,this paper investigates to calculate the under-keel clearance (UKC) to find out the suitable calculation method of UKC for large vessel sailing in YANCHENG Harbor ,and puts forward safe suggestions for Vessel sailing in YANCHENG Harbor .
