本设计借助MCGS组态软件平台,对PLC课程教学中用到的发光二极管模拟五层电梯动作的实验面板进行虚拟系统开发,介绍了虚拟系统开发的具体步骤,并调试分析了虚拟系统。开发的虚拟系统画面直观,操作简单,有利于学生提高编写 PLC控制程序的效率及编程兴趣,降低学校教学成本。
本設計藉助MCGS組態軟件平檯,對PLC課程教學中用到的髮光二極管模擬五層電梯動作的實驗麵闆進行虛擬繫統開髮,介紹瞭虛擬繫統開髮的具體步驟,併調試分析瞭虛擬繫統。開髮的虛擬繫統畫麵直觀,操作簡單,有利于學生提高編寫 PLC控製程序的效率及編程興趣,降低學校教學成本。

Based on the MCGS configuration software platform,the author developed a virtual system of five floor elevator in connection with the elevator experimental panel made up of light emitting diodes in PLC course teaching,introduced the concrete steps of virtual system development and analyzed as well as debugged it.The picture of virtual system is intuitive and simple to operation,which would not only help students to improve the efficiency of writing PLC control program and stimulate interest in programming ,but also to reduce the cost of college teaching.
