“囚徒困境”是博弈论中最具代表性的理论之一，目前校企合作难以深入、推广、提高效度的瓶颈，恰如“囚徒困境”，通过“囚徒困境”理论可以为突破校企合作瓶颈提供有效策略：一、政府要构建完善的、强有力的组织协调机构；二、校企双方要以利他为出发点，考虑整体利益多于自己利益，考虑长远利益多于眼前利益。

The Prisoner’s Dilemma is one of the most eminent examples in the Game Theory.The bottleneck in college-enterprise coopera-tion mainly lies in the difficulty in deepening and expanding cooperation and improving the efficiency,which resembles the prisoner’s dilemma to some extent.A close study on the theory of the Prisoner’s Dilemma will provide effective strategies to break through the bottleneck.In conclusion,the paper suggests that the government should establish a sophisticated and powerful coordinating body Meanwhile,the colleg-esand enterprise should adopt Altruism and give priority to overall and long-term interest rather than partial and immediate interests.
