目的：了解基层医院年轻护士的心理健康状况，并针对其心理问题采取应对措施，提高和保障年轻护士的身心健康水平。方法：对3所二级综合医院的116名工作年限5年以内的年轻护士采用 SCL-90症状自评量表测评，进行心理健康状况问卷调查。结果：基层医院年轻护士的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑等因子明显高于国内常模，差异有统计学意义。结论：基层医院年轻护士存在较多的心理问题，部分可能是由于职业的高应激所致，应针对基层医院年轻护士的职业特点，开展多种形式的心理健康教育，提高年轻护士的心理健康水平。
目的：瞭解基層醫院年輕護士的心理健康狀況，併針對其心理問題採取應對措施，提高和保障年輕護士的身心健康水平。方法：對3所二級綜閤醫院的116名工作年限5年以內的年輕護士採用 SCL-90癥狀自評量錶測評，進行心理健康狀況問捲調查。結果：基層醫院年輕護士的軀體化、彊迫、人際關繫敏感、焦慮等因子明顯高于國內常模，差異有統計學意義。結論：基層醫院年輕護士存在較多的心理問題，部分可能是由于職業的高應激所緻，應針對基層醫院年輕護士的職業特點，開展多種形式的心理健康教育，提高年輕護士的心理健康水平。
목적：료해기층의원년경호사적심리건강상황，병침대기심리문제채취응대조시，제고화보장년경호사적신심건강수평。방법：대3소이급종합의원적116명공작년한5년이내적년경호사채용 SCL-90증상자평량표측평，진행심리건강상황문권조사。결과：기층의원년경호사적구체화、강박、인제관계민감、초필등인자명현고우국내상모，차이유통계학의의。결론：기층의원년경호사존재교다적심리문제，부분가능시유우직업적고응격소치，응침대기층의원년경호사적직업특점，개전다충형식적심리건강교육，제고년경호사적심리건강수평。
Objective:To survey the psychological situations of young nurses working in basic hospitals and solve their psychological problems according to the results of our measures. Keep young nurses in good health both physical y and psychological y !Method:Using SCL-90 symptom evaluation checklist ,we asked 116 young nurses who have experience less than 5 years from 3 2-Grade comprehensive hospitals to complete the questionnaires .Result:These nurses are more sensitive in the field of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship and anxiety factor was significantly higher than common people.The difference was statistical y significant. Conclusion:Young nurses in basic hospitals have more psychological problems.Maybe the over stressful ocupation is part of the reasons, So we should offer more various psychological education to develope their skil s to deal with the problems and keep them healthy.
