目的使用M O RA生物治疗仪联合辅舒良治疗常年变应性鼻炎,观察其疗效及治疗前后症状和体征评分变化。方法选择150例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为A、B、C3组,分别使用辅舒良鼻喷剂治疗、M O RA生物共振治疗仪进行脱敏治疗,辅舒良鼻喷剂联合M O RA治疗仪脱敏治疗,疗程均为4周。结果①治疗1周后,C组治疗前后症状改善比较差异有统计学意义。②A、B、C3组治疗4周后患者症状改善且3组间有效率比较,差异无统计学意义。③B组无任何不良反应、A组和C组部分患者出现鼻腔干燥,鼻出血。结论辅舒良喷鼻联合M O RA脱敏治疗能较早的控制常年性过敏性鼻炎的症状,减轻患者的痛苦,有效减轻或抑制过敏反应;在后期治疗中,可选择停用辅舒良喷鼻,采用M O RA脱敏治疗,能有效脱敏治疗并减少治疗过程中的不良反应。

목적사용M O RA생물치료의연합보서량치료상년변응성비염,관찰기료효급치료전후증상화체정평분변화。방법선택150례변응성비염환자수궤분위A、B、C3조,분별사용보서량비분제치료、M O RA생물공진치료의진행탈민치료,보서량비분제연합M O RA치료의탈민치료,료정균위4주。결과①치료1주후,C조치료전후증상개선비교차이유통계학의의。②A、B、C3조치료4주후환자증상개선차3조간유효솔비교,차이무통계학의의。③B조무임하불량반응、A조화C조부분환자출현비강간조,비출혈。결론보서량분비연합M O RA탈민치료능교조적공제상년성과민성비염적증상,감경환자적통고,유효감경혹억제과민반응;재후기치료중,가선택정용보서량분비,채용M O RA탈민치료,능유효탈민치료병감소치료과정중적불량반응。
Objective To use the MORA bio-resonance therapy system combined with Flixonase for treatment perennial allergic rhinitis and observe its curative effect and grade change of symptom and physical sign before and after the treatment . Methods We chose 150 allergic rhinitis patients and divided them into group A , B , and C randomly , respectively , treated them with Flixonase nasal spray , desensitization treatment with MORA bio-resonance therapy system , and the desensitization treatment with Flixonase nasal spray combined with MORA bio-resonance therapy system . All courses of treatment lasted for four weeks . Results ①After treatment for 1 week , the difference of symptom improvement in group C before and after treatment was statistically significant . ②After treatment for 4 weeks , the differences of group A and C?s of allergen level before and after treatment were statistically significant .③After 4 weeks treatment , in comparison of efficiency among three groups , the difference was not statistically significant .④ Group A had no side effect and some of patients in group B and group C had mycteroxerosis and rhinorrhagia . Conclusion the MORA bio-resonance therapy system combined with Flixonase can control the symptom of perennial allergic rhinitis earlier , alleviate the pain of paints , and decrease or inhibite the anaphylaxis effective . In the followup treatment , MORA bio-resonance therapy system without flixonase , will be effective for desensitization treatment and reduce the side effect during the therapeutic process .
