目的建立玉美人轻身减肥片中大黄素和大黄酚含量的测定方法。方法以Hypersil-ODS柱(46.mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%醋酸(85∶15),检测波长为254nm,流速为10.mL/min。结果大黄素在00.25~01.25μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为10.000,平均回收率为1001.%,RSD为09.3%;大黄酚在00.5~02.5μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为10.000,平均回收率为998.9%,RSD为10.2%。结论该方法可行,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적건립옥미인경신감비편중대황소화대황분함량적측정방법。방법이Hypersil-ODS주(46.mm×150mm,5μm)위색보주,류동상위갑순-0.1%작산(85∶15),검측파장위254nm,류속위10.mL/min。결과대황소재00.25~01.25μg적범위내여봉면적정량호적선성관계,상관계수위10.000,평균회수솔위1001.%,RSD위09.3%;대황분재00.5~02.5μg여봉면적정량호적선성관계,상관계수위10.000,평균회수솔위998.9%,RSD위10.2%。결론해방법가행,중현성호,가용우해제제적질량공제。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Yumeiren Qingshen Jianfei Tablets by HPLC .Methods Hypersil-ODS column ( 4 .6 mm × 150 mm , 5 μm ) was used as stationary phase . The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0 .1% acetic acid ( 85∶15) with a flow rate at 1 .0 ml/min and detection wavelength at 254 nm . Results Emodin sampling in the range 0 .025~0 .125μg had good relationship with peak area ( r = 1 .000 0) with the average recovery of 100 .1% and RSD = 0 .93% . Chrysophanol sampling in 0 .05~0 .25 μg showed good relationship with peak area ( r = 1 .000 0) with the average recovery of 99 .89% and RSD = 1 .02% .Conclusion This method is feasible , reproducible , and can be used for the preparation of quality control .
