The effects of process parameter , such as spinning , drawing , curling and equipmint condition on number of neps were discussed for PET top .In order to decrease number of neps ,using suitable conditions of spin-ning,top processing and modified post-spinning equipment ,nember of neps were controled .High quality PET top was prepared .
