随着我国制造业的快速发展，模具企业人才供需结构性矛盾和人才短缺问题突出。本文基于核心竞争力理论，论述了高职模具设计与制造专业核心竞争力的构成要素，分析了构成要素之间的相互关系，提出了模具设计与制造专业核心竞争力的提升途径，即：理清办学思路、优化教学条件、改善师资队伍、完善组织管理制度、选择适宜的学生培养模式。对提升高职模具设计与制造专业核心竞争力、解决模具工业中人才供需中存在的矛盾，具有很较强的现实意义。

With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the supply and demand structural contradictions of mold enterprise talent and talent shortage become more and more prominent. Based on the core competence theory, this thesis discusses the elements of the core competitiveness of mold design and manufacturing specialty, analyzes the relationship between elements and the improving path. It has profound practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational mold design and manufacturing specialty, and solve the problem of supply and demand of talents in mold industry.
