目的：分析和研究妊娠高血压综合症的预防及护理效果。方法我们选取2011年9月-2013年10月妊娠高血压患者54例，分为观察组27例和对照组27例。对照组患者给予常规护理；观察组患者在对照组基础上加用行为护理干预，将两组患者护理效果进行对比。结果观察组患者护理干预后的血压水平值明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论将行为护理干预措施应用于妊娠高血压患者的治疗中，能够有效控制患者血压水平值，对改善患者妊娠结局有重要作用。

목적：분석화연구임신고혈압종합증적예방급호리효과。방법아문선취2011년9월-2013년10월임신고혈압환자54례，분위관찰조27례화대조조27례。대조조환자급여상규호리；관찰조환자재대조조기출상가용행위호리간예，장량조환자호리효과진행대비。결과관찰조환자호리간예후적혈압수평치명현저우대조조（P＜0.05），구유통계학의의。결론장행위호리간예조시응용우임신고혈압환자적치료중，능구유효공제환자혈압수평치，대개선환자임신결국유중요작용。
Objective: effect of prevention and nursing of analysis and research ofpregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods: We selected from 2011September - 2013 October 54 cases of hypertension of pregnancy, divided into the observation group 27 cases and control group with 27 cases. The controlgroup were given routine nursing; the observation group patients in the control group based on the use of behavior nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results: Patients with nursing intervention after the blood pressure level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: the behavior interventionapplied to the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension in patients withblood pressure levels, can effectively control the patient value, has an important role to improve the pregnancy outcome in patients with.
