目的做好清远市辖区内儿童脊灰疫苗免疫工作，维持无脊灰状态。方法收集全市2013年1月份脊灰疫苗补充免疫情况资料及快速评估情况资料，进行统计分析。结果此次脊灰疫苗补充免疫，报告接种率和评估接种率均达到95％或以上，不管是本地儿童还是流动儿童，各年龄组均存在未免疫儿童，其中1岁以下年龄组占96．56％；流动儿童中未免疫儿童所占比例（4．77％）明显高于本地儿童（2．65％）。结论此次补充免疫接种率达到实施方案要求，但还要通过加强未免疫儿童和流动儿童特别是1岁内儿童的查漏补种等措施，以提高脊灰疫苗接种率，消除人群中免疫空白，维持无脊灰状态。
목적주호청원시할구내인동척회역묘면역공작，유지무척회상태。방법수집전시2013년1월빈척회역묘보충면역정황자료급쾌속평고정황자료，진행통계분석。결과차차척회역묘보충면역，보고접충솔화평고접충솔균체도95％혹이상，불관시본지인동환시류동인동，각년령조균존재미면역인동，기중1세이하년령조점96．56％；류동인동중미면역인동소점비례（4．77％）명현고우본지인동（2．65％）。결론차차보충면역접충솔체도실시방안요구，단환요통과가강미면역인동화류동인동특별시1세내인동적사루보충등조시，이제고척회역묘접충솔，소제인군중면역공백，유지무척회상태。
Objective In order to do a good job of children against polio vaccine immunization and maintain the polio -free in Qingyuan district .Methods Collecting data for supplementary immunization of polio vaccine in Jan .2013 and evalua-ting the immune situation .Results During the polio vaccine supplementary immunization , reported coverage and assessed coverage rate reached 95%or more, whether local children or floating children , there are zero dose of children among all age groups, under one year of age group (96.56%);In zero dose of floating children (4.77%), significantly higher than that of proportion of local children (2.65%).Conclusion Rate of vaccination of the supplementary immunization has met the requirement in implementation plan .However,we should strengthen measures to find leaking and to make up to vacci-nate the work for children of took zero-dose and migrant children especially those who under one-year-old, so that we could improve the polio vaccination rates , eliminate zero from the crows and maintain the polio-free.
