目的评价2009年景德镇市麻疹减毒活疫苗强化免疫效果,为消除麻疹提供依据。方法对景德镇市2009年10月麻疹疫苗强化免疫期间的摸底调查、现场接种、评估报告等资料和强化免疫前后的中国疾病预防控制信息系统中麻疹疫情资料进行综合分析。结果强化免疫共接种目标儿童289901剂次,报告接种率为96.69%,快速评估调查接种率为98.38%;强化免疫后人群麻疹抗体阳性率为92.58%、保护率为87.39%。抗体GMT从免疫前的1∶572上升到免疫后的1∶1620,免疫前后人群麻疹抗体GMT差异有统计学意义(t=4.815,P<0.0001)。强化免疫后1年景德镇市报告麻疹病例3例,年发病率为0.19/10万,且均为<8月龄与>20岁人群,较强化免疫前5年(2004-2008年)的平均发病率(10.44/10万)明显下降,发病率同比下降了98.18%。结论高质量的麻疹减毒活疫苗强化免疫能迅速提高人群的抗体水平,降低麻疹发病率。适时开展强化免疫是加快麻疹控制最安全有效的措施之一。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of measles attenuated live vaccine supplementary immunization activi -ties in Jingdezhen in 2009 and provide basis for eliminating measles .Methods Collecting the data of basic investigation , scene vaccination and evaluation reports during measles vaccine supplementary immunization in October 2009 ,the compre-hensive analysis was carried out with the data before and after supplementary immunization which collected from China Dis -ease Prevention and Control Information System .Results This supplementary immunization had inoculation to goal chil-dren 289 901 doses, the reporting inoculation rate was 96.69%,the rapid assessment survey inoculation rate was 98.38%. the measles antibody positive rate was 92.58%, protection rate was 87.39%.GMT antibody was raised from 1 ∶572 to 1 ∶1 620,there was significant difference between before and after immunization (t=4.815,P<0.0001).3 measles cases were reported after supplementary immunization 1 year,the incidence rate was 0.19/100 000 , and the cases were children under 8 years old and people over the age of 20, 5 years before the immunization (2004 to 2008) the average incidence rate (10.44/100 000) , decreased by 98.18%.Conclusions Quality MV SIA can rapidly improve the measles antibody lev-el,decrease incidence rate .Carrying out MV SIA is one of the safe and effective measures to accelerate measles control .
