以SnCl2? H2 O、SbCl3为金属前驱物,NaBH4、Zn为还原剂,分别在水溶液及有机溶剂中制备了SnSb金属间化合物。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、激光粒度分析仪以及BET对材料的物相、形貌、粒度以及孔结构进行表征,并以SnSb金属间化合物为脱硫功能材料,对原油油包水型乳状液进行电脱硫实验。结果表明,以NaBH4为还原剂在水中制备的SnSb合金表观形貌为“立方块”型,以Zn为还原剂在丙三醇制备的SnSb合金表观形貌为“树枝型”。实验范围内,颗粒形貌缺陷越多、平均粒径越小,外加电压越大,原油脱硫率越高。以Zn为还原剂在丙三醇中制备的SnSb合金对原油的脱硫率可达到28.2%。

이SnCl2? H2 O、SbCl3위금속전구물,NaBH4、Zn위환원제,분별재수용액급유궤용제중제비료SnSb금속간화합물。채용XRD、SEM、EDS、격광립도분석의이급BET대재료적물상、형모、립도이급공결구진행표정,병이SnSb금속간화합물위탈류공능재료,대원유유포수형유상액진행전탈류실험。결과표명,이NaBH4위환원제재수중제비적SnSb합금표관형모위“립방괴”형,이Zn위환원제재병삼순제비적SnSb합금표관형모위“수지형”。실험범위내,과립형모결함월다、평균립경월소,외가전압월대,원유탈류솔월고。이Zn위환원제재병삼순중제비적SnSb합금대원유적탈류솔가체도28.2%。
SnSb intermetallic was synthesized in aqueous solution and organic solvent using SnCl2 ? H2 O ,SbCl3 as metal precursors ,NaBH4 ,Zn as reducing agent ,respectively . The XRD ,SEM ,EDS ,particle analyzer and BET were used to characterize the phase , morphology , particle size and pore structure of SnSb intermetallic . The power desulphurization experiment for crude water/oil emulsion was performed using the SnSb intermetallic as functional material .The results show that the morphology of SnSb intermetallic synthesized in aqueous with NaBH4 as reducing agent is"brick-like"structure ,while for the SnSb intermetallic synthesized in organic solvent with Zn as reducing agent ,the morphology is "leaf-like" structure . The desulphurization rate of crude oil is enhanced with the increase of particle morphology defect and applied voltage ,and the decrease of the average particle diameter .The desulphurization rate of crude oil by SnSb intermetallic synthesized with Zn in glycerol can reach 28 .2% .
