目的:研究前伸头位对颞下颌关节振动的影响。方法:采用Bio -JVA关节振动分析仪,测量30名健康正常牙合青年女性受试者分别在自然头位以及最大前伸头位时做节律性大张闭口运动时的双侧颞下颌关节的表面振动,并对数据结果行统计学分析。结果:最大前伸头位时振动总能量、小于以及大于300 Hz频率的振动能量、峰频率以及峰振幅与自然头位时相比增高且具有统计学意义(P<0.05);自然头位与前伸头位双侧颞下颌关节振动的发生率分别为50.0%和55.0%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:最大前伸头位时颞下颌关节振动显著增强,前伸异常头颈姿势位可能是致颞下颌关节运动产生异常振动的原因之一。

목적:연구전신두위대섭하합관절진동적영향。방법:채용Bio -JVA관절진동분석의,측량30명건강정상아합청년녀성수시자분별재자연두위이급최대전신두위시주절률성대장폐구운동시적쌍측섭하합관절적표면진동,병대수거결과행통계학분석。결과:최대전신두위시진동총능량、소우이급대우300 Hz빈솔적진동능량、봉빈솔이급봉진폭여자연두위시상비증고차구유통계학의의(P<0.05);자연두위여전신두위쌍측섭하합관절진동적발생솔분별위50.0%화55.0%,차별무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:최대전신두위시섭하합관절진동현저증강,전신이상두경자세위가능시치섭하합관절운동산생이상진동적원인지일。
Objective :To study the effect of forward head posture on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) vibration .Methods :Thirty heath young female subjects wure included .Bilateral joint vibrations with jaw track of maximum forward head posture (FHP ) and natural head posture (NHP ) were recorded using a TMJ detecing instrument during rhythmic maximal jaw opening and closing movement . Results :The total integral (TI ) , integral < 300Hz , integral > 300Hz , peak amplitude(PA) and peak frequency (PF) of maximum FHP were significantly higher than in control group (NHP) (P<0 .05) .The percentage of joint vibrations occurrence in Bilateral joint of FHP and NHP were 50 .0% and 55 .0% . There was no statistically significant difference in FHP and NHP . Conclusion :At maximum FHP TMJ vibration significantly enhanced .FHP may be a factor in inducing TMJ abnormal vibration .
