目的：聚焦超声（Focused ultrasound ）治疗变态反应性鼻炎（Allergic rhinitis ，AR）的疗效观察。方法：对175例变态反应性鼻炎予以聚焦超声治疗，并在治疗后3月、1年、2年以上，对患者的临床症状用计分法分别评定的其疗效，将随访2年治疗前、治疗后的症状评分进行比较。结果：本研究175例患者，随访2年以上，显效49例，占28％；有效53例，占30．29％；无效有73例，占41．71％；治疗前评分均数为（9．23±1．79），治疗后评分均数为（5．11±3．24），两者比较 P＝0．00＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。其中3个月总有效率为76％（133例/175例）；1年总有效率为64％（112例/175例）；2年以上总有效率为58．29％（102例/175例）。结论：聚焦超声是治疗变态反应性鼻炎的一种无创安全有效的方法。

목적：취초초성（Focused ultrasound ）치료변태반응성비염（Allergic rhinitis ，AR）적료효관찰。방법：대175례변태반응성비염여이취초초성치료，병재치료후3월、1년、2년이상，대환자적림상증상용계분법분별평정적기료효，장수방2년치료전、치료후적증상평분진행비교。결과：본연구175례환자，수방2년이상，현효49례，점28％；유효53례，점30．29％；무효유73례，점41．71％；치료전평분균수위（9．23±1．79），치료후평분균수위（5．11±3．24），량자비교 P＝0．00＜0．05，차이구유통계학의의。기중3개월총유효솔위76％（133례/175례）；1년총유효솔위64％（112례/175례）；2년이상총유효솔위58．29％（102례/175례）。결론：취초초성시치료변태반응성비염적일충무창안전유효적방법。
Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect of focused ultrasound treatment of allergic rhinitis .Methods :One hundred and seventy -five cases with allergic rhinitis to focused ultrasound treatment ,and after the treatment of 3 months ,1 year ,2 years or above ,the threpeutic effect was evaluated by cilinical symptoms controlled counting -scores ,according to the Chinese Lanzhou diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis (2004) .all One hundred and seventy -five cases were followed for at least 2 years ,their counting -scores were compared before treatment to after treatment .Results :all One hundred and seventy -five cases were followed for at least 2 years ,49 cases were excellent effective ,accounted for 28% ;53 cases were less effective ,accounted for 30 .29% ;73 cases were Ineffective ,accounted for 41 .71% ;before the treatment ,the mean score was (9 .23 ± 1 .794 ) , and after the treatment ,the mean score was (5 .11 ± 3 .238 ) , both comparison ,P=0 .00<0 .05 ,there was a statistically significant difference .(including three months with the total effective rate (the total effective rate =excellent effective + less effective) was 76% (n = 133/175 cases) ,1 year the total effective rate was 64% (n = 112/175);2 years or above ,the total effective rate was 58 .29% (n = 102/175) .Conclusion :focused ultrasound therapy of allergic rhinitis is a kind of noninvasive safe and effective treatment .
