目的：探讨放射性125I粒子植入并护理干预对中晚期肺癌的疗效影响。方法：对58例中晚期肺癌患者植入放射性125I粒子并进行系统护理干预。结果：所有患者均按计划顺利地完成治疗，58例患者中完全缓解（CR ）12例，部分缓解（PR ）35例，总有效率（CR＋ PR ）81．03％（47/58）。结论：做好护理干预、熟练掌握125I粒子规范防护的流程是粒子植入术成功的关键，既有效预防术后肿瘤复发又能保障护理防护安全。

목적：탐토방사성125I입자식입병호리간예대중만기폐암적료효영향。방법：대58례중만기폐암환자식입방사성125I입자병진행계통호리간예。결과：소유환자균안계화순리지완성치료，58례환자중완전완해（CR ）12례，부분완해（PR ）35례，총유효솔（CR＋ PR ）81．03％（47/58）。결론：주호호리간예、숙련장악125I입자규범방호적류정시입자식입술성공적관건，기유효예방술후종류복발우능보장호리방호안전。
Objective :To investigate the effects of 125I radioactive particles implantation and the curative effect of nursing intervention for locally advanced lung cancer .Methods :58 cases of middle -late stage lung cancer patients implanted radioactive 125I particles and systematic nursing intervention .Results :All patients were successfully completed as planned ,58 patients in complete remission (CR) in 12 cases ,partial response (PR) 35 cases ,total effective rate (CR +PR) was 81 .03% (47/58 ) . Conclusion :Nursing intervention and mastering 125 I particle specification protective processes is a key to the success of particle implantation ,is effective in preventing post -operative tumor recurrence and guarantee nursing safety protection .
