根据生物组织的二元非晶态-晶态结构特性,为研究光束经乳腺癌切片后的偏振特性设计了实验光路。实验结果表明,光束经乳腺癌切片后偏振特性有所变化,从其偏振图像可以找到线偏振奇点和圆偏振奇点。其结果有利于为奇点光学开拓出新的应用领域。

Based on the characteristics that structure of any biotissues type is regarded as a two -component amorphous -crystalline one ,the optical imaging systems has been designed to study the polarization properties of breast carcinoma biospy .It is shown that the polarization properties are variable and there exist line polarization singularities and circular ones in polarization images of breast carcinoma .The results obtained in this project can be useful for new applications of singular optics .
