基于时域有限差分法,用GaAs构成金刚石、木堆和面心立方三种典型结构三维光子晶体,数值计算得到三种结构中GaAs构成金刚石结构三维光子晶形成较宽完全带隙结构,最大完全带隙结构为0.1393 Hz。改变金刚石结构三维光子晶体中小球介电常数,介电常数大的介质小球出现完全带隙结构的半径范围较大。结论为三维光子晶体的设计制备应用提供理论依据。

Three -dimension photonic crystal with diamond ,face -centered cubic and the wood pile structural using GaAs were calculated using finite -difference time -domain method .The results show that the structure of diamond will produce wideband complete bandgap ,the maximum complete bandgap width is 0 .1393Hz .The dielectric constant of spherical were changed in three -dimensional photonic crystals with diamond structure ,the results show that the structure of diamond will produce complete bandgap in the wider radius with increasing the dielectric constant .The numerical results provide a reference for three -dimensional photonic crystals complete bandgap characteristics .
