利用半导体光放大器(SOA )的交叉增益调制(XGM )效应实现全光异或门,提出全光序列密码加解密方案。采用OptiSystem 7.0软件搭建基于SOA -XGM全光加解密系统,实现了10Gbps速率全光加解密运算,解密信号质量较好。实验表明,基于SOA -XGM全光加解密系统整体性能良好。

Optical stream cipher encryption and decryption system is successfully demonstrated by using cross -gain modulation (XGM ) technology of semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOA ) all -optical XOR logic gates . Experimental verification of the structure is performed with OptiSystem 7 .0 software . Operation speed of 10Gbps data encryption and decryption operations are successfully obtained . The original plaintext signal after encryption and decryption processing still maintains better signal quality .Finally ,it shows that the performance of the entire system is better .
