为探索适合我校的临床医学研究生的培养方案，从基础知识的学习，临床实践及技能的培养，毕业论文的撰写及答辩三个阶段，并从临床实践与技能的培养，建立临床医学研究生值班制度，医患关系的认知，注重社会应用性这四个方面进行了初步探讨，旨为我地区医疗卫生行业输送高层次人才服务。

The cultivation can be divided into three aspects: learning basic knowledge, cultivating clinical practice abilities and writing the paper and attending oral defense. The paper makes a preliminary discussion from the aspects of cultivating clinical practice and skills training, establishing clinical medicine graduate duty system, cognizing of doc-tor-patient relationship, focusing on social applicability. The initial exploration aims at providing high-level talents for medical care industry in this region.
