学校教育应克服培养方法单一，要因材施教，从多年的教学实践中归纳总结出，我校工程专业的培养定位应是培养未来的技术创新人才；经发现我校学生中有相当数量的技术创新人才的胚胎，他们在学习上适合于问题--理论--实践的学习模式，教学上应普遍加强技术创新教育。提出一套对应的技术创新人才培养方法。

school education should overcome sticking on a single education method,individualized education should be considered. Summarizing from the practical teaching for years,the education position of engineering school should focus on developing future technological innovation talent;we found that there are a considerable number of technologi-cal innovation talent candidates in our faculty. They are learning suitable for the problem----theory----practice learning mode. Teaching and strengthening technological innovation education shall be made generally available. The paper emphasize on forwarding a set of corresponding technological innovation personnel training.
