生物化学是在分子水平上阐明生命现象的科学，是医学的主要基础课程之一。生物化学课堂教学是培养学生创新和实践能力的重要手段，选择合适的教学方法是决定课堂教学成功的关键。笔者将启发-互动式教学法应用于生物化学课堂教学，通过提高学生的学习兴趣，提高了课堂教学质量，获得良好的教学效果。

Biochemistry is a science of elucidation life phenomenon at molecular level, and it is one of the main basic courses of medicine. Classroom teaching of biochemistry is the important means to cultivate students’innovative and practical ability, and the key to determine the success of classroom teaching is selection of the appropriate teaching method. The author applies heuristic and interactive teaching method in biochemistry teaching, through improving the students’learning interest, the teaching quality was improved, and obtained a good teaching effect.
