建立瓜蒌皮药材中Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu微量元素的含量测定方法,测定了5个产地瓜蒌皮药材6种微量元素的含量。采用微波消解法对瓜蒌皮样品进行前处理,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中6种微量元素的含量。各元素线性回归方程及相关系数良好,回收率在95.3%~104.4%之间。5个产地瓜蒌皮药材中Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn, Cu的含量分别在3276.3~5292.6,1797.3~3374.5,145.9~369.3,16.21~32.38,11.36~18.36和4.376~6.374μg/g范围之间,其中Ca含量最高,其余依次为Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu。

The method was established for determination of six trace elements (Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu) in Trichosanthes kirilowii maxim by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the contents of trace elements in Trichosan-thes kirilowii maxim from 5 different origin were determined. The preprocessing for determination of trace elements in Trichosanthes Kirilowii maxim was carried out by microwave digestion,the content of six trace elements (Ca,Mg,Fe, Mn,Zn,Cu) in Trichosanthes kirilowii maxim was determined. The calibration curves of these trace elements were in good linearity. The recoveries were in the range of 95.3%-104.4%. The results showed that the Trichosanthes kirilowii was rich in six trace elements of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu which were necessary for people,the contents of trace ele-ments in Trichosanthes kirilowii maxim from 5 different origin were 3 276.3-5 292.6,1 797.3-3 374.5,145.9-369.3, 16.21-32.38,11.36-18.36 and 4.376-6.374 μg/g. The highest of the content was Ca,the other elements content de-cend order was Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu.
