[目的]研究比较国内销售品牌奶粉和香港销售品牌奶粉对实验动物的营养效应差异。[方法]以3种在内地购买的品牌奶粉和3种在香港购买的相对应品牌奶粉分别喂养实验动物。采用刚断乳大鼠,在连续30d喂养后,检测实验动物的安全性和营养学指标。[结果]6种受试品牌奶粉在实验动物体重和体重增长趋势、食物利用率方面均比对照组存在有持续性的显著差异(p<0.05);3个在内地购买的奶粉与3种在香港购买的相对应品牌奶粉之间在动物生长发育过程、体重和体重增长趋势、食物利用率、血常规指标及血液生化指标方面都没有明显差别。[结论]内地购买的3个品牌和香港购买的相对应3个品牌奶粉在实验动物上引起的营养生物效应相同。

In order to comparatively study the difference in nutrition of domestic sale of the brand milk powder and overseas sale brand milk powder, the animal experiments were conducted. 3 brand milk powders bought in the mainland and 3 the corresponding brand milk powders bought in Hongkong were fed to experimental animals;After 30-day feeding, the safety and nutrition indexes of experimental animals were detected. 6 kinds of tested brand milk powder were higher than that of the control group in the experimental animal body weight and food utilization rate and those difference, were significant (p<0.05) and with persistent;Between 3 brand milk powders of the mainland and 3 the corresponding brand milk powders of Hongkong, there were not significant difference and differential quality in animal growth, development process, the weight, the weight growth trend, food utilization rate, blood routine and blood biochemical indexes. The biological nutrition effects of 3 brand milk powders of the mainland are similar to those of the corresponding brand milk powders of Hongkong.
