为了研究蜂窝轻钢门式刚架在静力荷载作用下的受力性能,对3榀蜂窝轻钢门式刚架试件进行了竖向荷载作用下的静力试验,以揭示该新型结构的应力发展规律、典型孔口及截面的应力分布、破坏机理。试验研究结果表明:试件破坏时梁柱多处孔周边达到屈服,孔间“墩”处鼓曲变形,导致刚架失去承载力;刚架绝大部分典型截面基本符合平截面假定;构件开孔率对承载力及刚度有明显影响,开孔率越大,承载力越低,刚度越小。圆形开孔形式优于六边形开孔形式。
為瞭研究蜂窩輕鋼門式剛架在靜力荷載作用下的受力性能,對3榀蜂窩輕鋼門式剛架試件進行瞭豎嚮荷載作用下的靜力試驗,以揭示該新型結構的應力髮展規律、典型孔口及截麵的應力分佈、破壞機理。試驗研究結果錶明:試件破壞時樑柱多處孔週邊達到屈服,孔間“墩”處鼓麯變形,導緻剛架失去承載力;剛架絕大部分典型截麵基本符閤平截麵假定;構件開孔率對承載力及剛度有明顯影響,開孔率越大,承載力越低,剛度越小。圓形開孔形式優于六邊形開孔形式。

In order to study the static behavior of the castellated light-weight steel portal frame , three castellated light-weight steel portal frames were designed for vertical loading experiments to re-veal stress development , stress distribution of typical orifice and section , and failure mechanism of this new type of structure .The results showed that the specimens were damaged due to the yielding of most orifices and the buckling of piers between holes;most of the typical sections of the frame ac-cord with the plane section hypothesis; the hole ratio in web has appreciable effect on the bearing capacity and stiffness , both of which are reduced with the increase of hole ratio , and circular hole is better than hexagonal hole .
