为了研究蜂窝轻钢门式刚架在静力荷载作用下的受力性能，对3榀蜂窝轻钢门式刚架试件进行了竖向荷载作用下的静力试验，以揭示该新型结构的应力发展规律、典型孔口及截面的应力分布、破坏机理。试验研究结果表明：试件破坏时梁柱多处孔周边达到屈服，孔间“墩”处鼓曲变形，导致刚架失去承载力；刚架绝大部分典型截面基本符合平截面假定；构件开孔率对承载力及刚度有明显影响，开孔率越大，承载力越低，刚度越小。圆形开孔形式优于六边形开孔形式。

In order to study the static behavior of the castellated light-weight steel portal frame , three castellated light-weight steel portal frames were designed for vertical loading experiments to re-veal stress development , stress distribution of typical orifice and section , and failure mechanism of this new type of structure .The results showed that the specimens were damaged due to the yielding of most orifices and the buckling of piers between holes;most of the typical sections of the frame ac-cord with the plane section hypothesis; the hole ratio in web has appreciable effect on the bearing capacity and stiffness , both of which are reduced with the increase of hole ratio , and circular hole is better than hexagonal hole .
