目的：探讨契约式管理对居家腹膜透析患者社会支持和生活质量的影响。方法：将80例居家腹膜透析患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组实施常规健康教育，观察组在此基础上实施契约式管理，包括签订协议管理、个人自行管理和家庭协助管理。干预3个月后，采用社会支持评定量表和生活质量量表比较2组干预效果。结果：观察组干预前后社会支持和生活质量各纬度得分差值大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0．001）。结论：契约式管理能够提高居家腹膜透析患者的社会支持，改善其生活质量。

Aim:To explore the effects of contract management on social support and quality of life in home peritoneal dialysis patients .Methods:A total of 80 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group , with 40 cases in each group .The control group was given routine health education .On the basis of this , the experimental group was given contract management , including agreement management , individual management and fam-ily assistance management .Three months after the intervention , the intervention effects of two groups were detected by the scores of the social support rating scale and short form 36 health survey questionnaire .Results: The differences between before and after the contract management in scores of the social support and the quality of life of the two groups were signifi -cant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Application of contract management in home peritoneal dialysis patients could improve the social support and quality of life .
