目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白( hsCRP )和同型半胱氨酸( Hcy )水平的变化。方法选择2011年1至12月就诊于天津市第一人民医院的妊娠糖尿病患者46例为病例组,同期正常妊娠妇女46例作为对照组。分析比较两组间hsCRP和Hcy水平,同时分析hsCRP和Hcy之间的相关性。结果病例组与对照组比较,hsCRP(14.1±3.0mg/L vs 6.3±2.1mg/L)、Hcy(13.5±4.6μmol/L vs 8.6±3.7μmol/L)、血糖(8.4±2.8mmol/L vs 5.5±1.3mmol/L)水平差异均有统计学意义( t值分别为14.446、5.630、6.371,均P<0.05)。血糖水平与hsCRP和Hcy均呈正相关关系(r值分别为0.755、0.643,均P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者的hsCRP和Hcy水平均高于正常妊娠者,血糖水平与hsCRP和Hcy均具有正相关关系。

Objective To study the changes of serum high sensitive C reaction protein (hsCRP) and homocysteine(Hcy) levels in cases with gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) .Methods The study group included 46 patients with GDM who visiting Tianjin First People's Hospital during the period of January to December in 2011 and 46 individuals with normal gestation at the same period were in control group.The levels of hsCRP and Hcy were compared between two groups , and the correlation between hsCRP and Hcy was analyzed . Results The levels of hsCRP(14.1 ±3.0mg/L vs 6.3 ±2.1mg/L), Hcy(13.5 ±4.6μmol/L vs 8.6 ±3.7μmol/L)and glucose(8.4 ± 2.8mmol/L vs 5.5 ±1.3mmol/L)in the study group were higher than those in the control group , and all of the differences were significant (t value was 14.446, 5.630 and 6.371, respectively, all P<0.05).The results showed a positive correlation between glucose and hsCRP(r=0.755, P<0.05) and Hcy(r=0.643, P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of hsCRP and Hcy in GDM patients are higher than those in normal pregnant women , and there is a moderate correlation between glucose and hsCRP and Hcy .
