目的探讨舒适护理模式干预对初产妇心理和情绪的影响。方法将96例初产妇分为观察组和对照组，各48例，观察组在入院后即进行舒适护理模式干预，对照组采用传统模式护理。于入院时和出院前分别用SAS、SDS和VAS量表评估两组焦虑、抑郁和恐惧的程度，同时检测两组血液中去甲肾上腺素（NE）和5-羟色胺（5-HT）的水平。结果两组在入院时SAS、SDS、VAS评分及血液NE、5-HT水平无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；在出院前观察组SAS、SDS和VAS的评分较对照组明显降低，t值分别为9．57、11．02、4．65，均P＜0．05，观察组的NE水平较对照组明显降低（t＝7．21，P＜0．05），而5-HT的水平较对照组明显升高（t＝4．65，P＜0．05）。结论运用舒适护理模式能够有效地改善初产妇的焦虑、抑郁或者恐惧等不良情绪。
목적탐토서괄호리모식간예대초산부심리화정서적영향。방법장96례초산부분위관찰조화대조조，각48례，관찰조재입원후즉진행서괄호리모식간예，대조조채용전통모식호리。우입원시화출원전분별용SAS、SDS화VAS량표평고량조초필、억욱화공구적정도，동시검측량조혈액중거갑신상선소（NE）화5-간색알（5-HT）적수평。결과량조재입원시SAS、SDS、VAS평분급혈액NE、5-HT수평무현저성차이（P＞0．05）；재출원전관찰조SAS、SDS화VAS적평분교대조조명현강저，t치분별위9．57、11．02、4．65，균P＜0．05，관찰조적NE수평교대조조명현강저（t＝7．21，P＜0．05），이5-HT적수평교대조조명현승고（t＝4．65，P＜0．05）。결론운용서괄호리모식능구유효지개선초산부적초필、억욱혹자공구등불량정서。
Objective To discuss the influence of comfortable nursing mode on mental and emotional condition of primipara .Methods Ninety-six primipara were divided into observation group and control group .Observation group was given intervention with comfortable nursing mode immediately after hospital admission , while control group was given traditional nursing . Anxiety, depression and apprehension degree of two groups were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) , self-rating depression scale ( SDS) and visual analogue scale(VAS) on admission and prior to discharge(PTD).Meanwhile the levels of noradrenalin(NE) and serotonin(5-HT) in blood were detected .Results The scores of SAS , SDS and VAS and levels of NE and 5-HT on admission in two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).The SAS, SDS and VAS scores prior to discharge in observation group decreased obviously compared with control group (t value was 9.57, 11.02 and 4.65, respectively, all P<0.05).The NE level was obviously decreased (t=7.21,P<0.05), but 5-HT level was obviously increased compared with control group (t=4.65,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing mode can improve bad mood of primipara such as anxiety , depression and apprehension .
