目的了解医务人员对预防梅毒母婴传播相关知识的知晓状况。方法2011年8至9月对四川、新疆和云南的3个县（市）参与预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果医务人员对孕产期梅毒筛查知晓率最高（89．8％），对妊娠梅毒诊断治疗、先天梅毒诊断治疗知识知晓率较低（分别为21．4％和2．8％）。县级及以上医疗机构的医务人员，妇产科、儿科、妇保、防保科医务人员对先天梅毒诊断治疗知晓率分别高于乡镇级医务人员（ P＝0．044＜0．05）和其他科室医务人员（P＝0．044＜0．05）。同妇产科/儿科医务人员相比，妇保/防保科和其他临床科室医务人员更希望接受孕产期梅毒筛查知识培训（ OR＝2．478，95％CI：1．144～5．366；OR＝3．362，95％CI：1．426～7．929）。结论研究地区的医务人员对预防梅毒母婴传播相关知识掌握薄弱，建议加强预防梅毒母婴传播培训。
목적료해의무인원대예방매독모영전파상관지식적지효상황。방법2011년8지9월대사천、신강화운남적3개현（시）삼여예방애자병、매독화을간모영전파공작적의무인원진행문권조사。결과의무인원대잉산기매독사사지효솔최고（89．8％），대임신매독진단치료、선천매독진단치료지식지효솔교저（분별위21．4％화2．8％）。현급급이상의료궤구적의무인원，부산과、인과、부보、방보과의무인원대선천매독진단치료지효솔분별고우향진급의무인원（ P＝0．044＜0．05）화기타과실의무인원（P＝0．044＜0．05）。동부산과/인과의무인원상비，부보/방보과화기타림상과실의무인원경희망접수잉산기매독사사지식배훈（ OR＝2．478，95％CI：1．144～5．366；OR＝3．362，95％CI：1．426～7．929）。결론연구지구적의무인원대예방매독모영전파상관지식장악박약，건의가강예방매독모영전파배훈。
Objective To investigate the awareness of knowledge on prevention of mother-to-child transmission(PMTCT) of syphilis. Methods From August to September 2011, medical personnel from 3 counties in Sichuan , Xinjiang and Yunnan province were surveyed with questionnaire regarding PMTCT of syphilis related knowledge .Results The awareness rate of medical personnel on syphilis screening during pregnancy was highest (89.8%), and that on dignosis and treatment of pregnant syphilis and that on dignosis and treatment of congenital syphilis(CS) were lower(21.4%and 2.8%, respectively).The awareness rate on dignosis and treatment of CS among medical personnel from county leveled and above medial institutes and those from the department of obstetrics and gynaecology , pediactrics department , maternal and children health care department was higher than that among medical personnel from township leveled institutes (P=0.044<0.05) and other departments staff ( P =0.044 <0.05 ).Compared with medical personnel from the departments of obstetrics/gynaecology and pediactrics , those from the departments of maternal and children health care and from other clinical departments were more likely to have training on syphilis screening among pregnant women ( OR=2.478, 95%CI:1.144-5.366;OR=3.362, 95%CI:1.426-7.929).Conclusion The knowledge of PMTCT of syphilis among medical personnel is quite weak , and the training on PMTCT of syphilis needs to be strengthened .
