目的探讨抗肿瘤药环磷酰胺( Cy)对大鼠生殖功能及子代胎鼠生长发育的影响。方法选用40只3~4月龄雌性SD大鼠,随机将其分为空白对照组,环磷酰胺低、中、高剂量组。用药后比较4组大鼠交配率、妊娠率和孕鼠体重的变化;各用药组胎鼠中活胎、死胎、吸收胎数目的变化。结果环磷酰胺高、中剂量组对大鼠生殖功能影响较大,雌鼠妊娠率下降。 Cy低剂量组胎鼠中出现死胎和吸收胎率分别是6%、2.4%,活胎数减少(F=4.236),Cy中剂量组出现死胎和吸收胎率分别是14.5%、17.0%,活胎率占68.3%(F=3.768),Cy高剂量组出现死胎和吸收胎率分别是27.2%、11.8%,活胎率占60.9%(F=6.213),与空白对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论环磷酰胺的药物毒损害大鼠生殖功能及子代胎鼠的生长发育,其损害程度随药物剂量的增多成正比。

목적탐토항종류약배린선알( Cy)대대서생식공능급자대태서생장발육적영향。방법선용40지3~4월령자성SD대서,수궤장기분위공백대조조,배린선알저、중、고제량조。용약후비교4조대서교배솔、임신솔화잉서체중적변화;각용약조태서중활태、사태、흡수태수목적변화。결과배린선알고、중제량조대대서생식공능영향교대,자서임신솔하강。 Cy저제량조태서중출현사태화흡수태솔분별시6%、2.4%,활태수감소(F=4.236),Cy중제량조출현사태화흡수태솔분별시14.5%、17.0%,활태솔점68.3%(F=3.768),Cy고제량조출현사태화흡수태솔분별시27.2%、11.8%,활태솔점60.9%(F=6.213),여공백대조조상비균유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론배린선알적약물독손해대서생식공능급자대태서적생장발육,기손해정도수약물제량적증다성정비。
Objective To investigate the influence of anticancer drugs cyclophosphamide ( Cy ) on the rat reproductive function and offspring growth.Methods Forty 3 to 4-month-old female SD rats were randomly divided into control group , low dose of Cy group, medium dose of Cy group and high dose of Cy group .Mating rate, pregnancy rate and body weight changes of pregnant rats of four groups were compared after medication .The changes of number of live birth , stillbirth and absorbed fetus were studied .Results Medium dose and high dose of Cy groups suffered greater impact on reproductive function , and female pregnancy rate declined .The proportion of stillbirth and absorbed fetus was 6% and 2.4% in low dose of Cy group, and the number of live birth decreased ( F=4.236).The proportion of stillbirth and absorbed fetus was 14.5%and 17.0%in medium dose of Cy group and 27.2%and 11.8%in high dose of Cy group, and that of live birth was 68.3%and 60.9%, respectively(F value was 3.768 and 6.213, respectively).There were significant differences between control group and Cy groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Cy damages rat reproductive function and offspring fetal growth and development , and the damage is positively correlated with the dose of drug .
