为预测深井矿山充填管道输送系统堵塞的难易程度,基于熵权理论建立充填管道堵塞风险综合指数模型。以金川龙首矿、大红山铜矿、河东金矿和新城金矿作为充填管道堵塞风险评价模型的对象,选取10项评价指标作为综合指数模型的判别指标,根据矿山实测数据和管道堵塞风险三级评价标准建立对应矩阵,并利用熵权理论获得各判别指标的权重,依照综合指数模型计算得到充填管道堵塞风险性预测值并进行排序。研究结果表明:金川龙首矿堵塞风险仅次于Ⅱ级,河东金矿、新城金矿和大红山铜矿均小于Ⅲ级。由此可见,金川龙首矿管道堵塞风险明显大于其他3个矿山,而大红山铜矿、河东金矿和新城金矿管道堵塞风险差距不大。基于熵权的综合指数模型能反映出样本与评价标准之间的远近程度,评价结果客观、合理,具有良好的实用性。

In order to assess blocking risk of filling pipe system in deep mine , a comprehensive in-dex model of filling pipeline blocking was established on the basis of the entropy theory .Regarding Longshou mine of Jinchuan company , Dahongshan copper mine , Hedong gold mine and Xincheng gold mine as the evaluation objects for blocking risk of filling pipeline , ten evaluation indicators were selected as the discriminant index of the comprehensive model .The corresponding matrix was estab-lished according to the in-situ data of the mines and the three evaluation standard of blocking risk of filling pipelines.The entropy theory was used to calculate the weight of each discriminant index , and the predictive blocking risk of filling pipelines was finally obtained and sorted using the rule of comprehensive index model .The results show that the blocking risk of Longshou mine of Jinchuan company is lower than level Ⅱ, and the blocking risk of Hedong gold mine , Xincheng gold mine and Dahongshan copper mine is lower than level Ⅲ.It was followed that the blocking risk of filling pipeline of Longshou mine of Jinchuan company is significantly greater than that of the rest three mines, and the difference among the blocking risk of filling pipeline of the other three mines is small.The comprehensive index model based on the entropy theory can reflect the distance between the sample and the evaluation standard , and the evaluation is objective , reasonable , and practica-ble .
