针对区域公路边坡降雨失稳及预警问题，以陕西省为依托区域，在综合考虑降雨入渗及蒸发的基础上，结合陕西省区域降雨条件和地表条件的差异，通过对区域降雨折减系数的调整，提出了适合陕西省的区域有效降雨量计算模型；以有效降雨量为主要预警指标，提出了基于雨量线模型的区域公路边坡灾害预警方法；按照有效降雨量累积频率与公路边坡失稳频率之间的关系，确定了陕西省及周边水文站各级雨量线值。完成了陕西省区域公路边坡灾害的预警工作。

Aiming at the instability of highway slope and early warning of highway slope disaster caused by rainfall , Shaanxi province was chosen as the research area .In consideration of infiltration and evaporation , the effective rainfall model for Shaanxi province is put forward by adjusting the rainfall reduction factor and considering the regional difference of rainfall and surface conditions .An early warning method for regional highway slope disaster was put forward based on the rainfall a-mount curve model using effective rainfall as the main index .According to the relationship between the frequency of effective rainfall accumulation and highway slope instability , all levels of early warning value for highway slope disaster of hydrologic station in and around Shaanxi province were determined.Finally, the early warning of regional highway slope disaster in Shaanxi province was conducted .
