本文从滁州学院后勤用工入手，分析了在后勤用工过程中，从解决历史遗留问题到引进物业公司、灵活使用非全日制用工、合理使用劳务派遣用工等用工模式都进行了有益的探索和尝试。本研究在深入调研和借鉴学界研究成果的基础上，结合历史和现实，力求构建起符合新建应用型本科院校特点的后勤用工模式，尤其是滁州学院实际的后勤用工模式。
본문종저주학원후근용공입수，분석료재후근용공과정중，종해결역사유류문제도인진물업공사、령활사용비전일제용공、합리사용노무파견용공등용공모식도진행료유익적탐색화상시。본연구재심입조연화차감학계연구성과적기출상，결합역사화현실，력구구건기부합신건응용형본과원교특점적후근용공모식，우기시저주학원실제적후근용공모식。
In this paper ,logistics and employment Chuzhou University ,analyzes the school in the em-ployment process ,from resolving historical issues to the introduction of property companies ,flexible use of part -time employment ,the rational use of labor dispatching and other employment patterns can have a beneficial exploration and attempt .In this study ,in -depth research and learn from academic research results ,based on the combination of history and reality ,and strive to build new application -oriented colleges meet the characteristics of logistics employment patterns ,especially logistical Chuzhou University actual employment patterns .
